On Sunday 8 March 2026, it is 'The National Day of Dance' and ‘Let’s Dance’ is a national campaign to get more people dancing together regardless of age, fitness level or experience.

To celebrate this upcoming day and campaign, we are showcasing our wonderful ‘A Chance to Dance’ sessions at The Venue, Stanley and Tow Law Community Centre. These fantastic dance classes are fun, friendly, and give people the opportunity to improve their health and connect with others.

If you would like to join one of our Chance to Dance Sessions, they are held:

  • The Venue, Stanley - every Wednesday, 11.30 am to 12.30pm
  • Tow Law Community Centre - every Thursday, 1.00pm to 2.0opm

The first session is FREE, then just £3 per session after.
